Dio Brando Lighter

Please make sure to perform the following operations away from any flame or fire source.

 Filling the lighter:

1. Remove the inner unit from the housing.
2. Turn it over and lift the felt to reveal the cotton from the combustion body. (Tip: use a straightened paper clip or similar tool if it is difficult to release the pad.)
3. Slowly soak the cotton ball in lighter fluid. Stop when the fluid reaches the surface of the cotton ball or begins to change color. (Tip: Don't use too much fluid; the lighter may leak. Avoid contact with skin; the fluid can cause irritation. If it does get on your skin, promptly wash the affected areas with mild soap and water.)
4. Replace the insert into the housing. Before lighting your lighter, be sure to wipe off any gasoline that may have spilled on your lighter and your hands. SIf there is gasoline on the lighter, simply wipe it off or wait a few moments for it to evaporate. Make sure the fuel container is closed and that you have not spilled any gasoline nearby before lighting it – the liquid is flammable. (Tip: If you plan to keep your lighter in your pocket, we recommend putting it in “downside down”.)
5. Using your thumb, rotate the wheel downward to create a spark. If no flame appears, try again.
6. Once the lighter is lit and after using it, close the cap to turn it off. The lighter does not turn itself off, you have to close the cap.
